Magic DLL Editor: B3 (category filter/grouping) + B4 (structural risk warning)

• B3a: SlotFilter now also matches semantics_category (e.g. searching "Transform" filters that category's slots).
• B3b: new "Handlers by category" tree section ? groups used handlers by semantic category (e.g. "Transform (3)"); the "Handlers used" section shows the category in the label.
• B4: MagicSlotNode.IsStructural ? ?? warning in DetailText for structural categories (VFX-Build/Render/NodeChain/Draw/KR-resource): edits may not show in the 3D preview and grow may break it (noclip fixed strides ? NOCLIP_PREVIEW_LAYOUT_MAPPING).
• Gates: Release build 0 errors; MagicDll suite 76/76 PASS.
