Adds internal LinuxObservedFileReader: immutable SHA-256/hex prefix, explicit limit, partial-read loop and one extra growth-detection byte. Reopens root/file membership and compares full identity, length, mtime and ctime with the retained descriptor.
Deterministic tests cover short/growing inputs, root/directory/file replacement, symlinks, restored-mtime rewriting, cancellation, faults and handle release. Focused 35/35; controller combined 191/191 and isolated component export without Task 11 76/76; Release build 0 warnings/errors; source/spec review CLEAN.
Remains utility-only: no new public API, schema, CLI/corpus integration, publisher or editor logic. Observations do not establish a snapshot, writer exclusion or post-return pathname permanence. No new VM, IDA or corpus operation; editor changes only administrative version fields. ### REVISION

Records FFX_HD_CORPUS_IDENTITY_2026-09-04.md: migrated roots, PS3 PARAM.SFO declaring TITLE_ID BLUS31211/APP_VER 01.00/VERSION 01.01, offsets and hashes; distinguishes declared metadata from authenticated media.
Seven small files, 747,704 bytes in the main read: m001.chr and m001.bin are byte-identical within each PC/PS3/PS4 trio; four pairs also passed GNU cmp. Header values remain separate from semantic inference.
Does not promote V1.1 manifests, Task 7/11, whole-corpus equivalence, runtime or editor readiness; no game data or product logic changed. Linux reader is already integrated in f4f1ed30; the internal publisher remains a separate implementation in progress and corpus CLI stays closed. ### MINOR
