Kernel monmagic live sync + Al Bhed Dictionary editor. Lanes Jarvis-MAGIC + text. MINOR: `KernelMonsterMagicLiveSync` reads project `monmagic1.bin`/`monmagic2.bin` on load/save and propagates new row names + `0x4xxx`/`0x6xxx` operands to `CommandMonster`, `AiCommandId`, `AiCommandMetadataCatalog`, and the Monster AI picker (no manual dictionary patches per LAB spell); Al Bhed Dictionary module (`albheddic.bin` US Latin + JP kana) with byte-safe writer on the `???` rail. ThundaFira RT2 in-game still pending.
