Update 2.29
6/9/2026
Monster AI Editor: MOVE (up/down), CHANGE and remove actions — the monster is now end-to-end editable. On top of the automations (v2.24.0/49), the "Monster actions" list gained 3 new ops, all length-preserving (even safer than add/remove): ▲ Up / ▼ Down (reorders the action past its neighbour — `Rebuild` remaps jumps/entrypoints by instruction IDENTITY, so control flow follows the moved block; the moved item stays selected so you can click again) and ✏ Change to the ability picked above (rewrites only the selected action's command operand to the picker's ability — exactly the RT2-live-proven 1-byte Firaga→Thundaga edit, now with any command incl. MonMagic2/Multi-Fira). Pure logic in `FfxLib/Ai/AiAutomation.cs` (`MoveActionInstructions`/`ChangeActionInstructions` + `CmdPushOffset` on `AiDetectedAction`); offered only for self-contained triplets (the validator blocks the rest). Gate `--ai3` extended: reorder 237/237 (move down, length-preserving, re-parses, same command multiset) + change 294/294 (slot becomes Firaga, length-preserving, re-parses). add/rng/detect/remove still PASS. Build 0 errors. Honest: structure proven offline; moving CHANGES execution order and changing CHANGES the command — in-game effect = RT2 (intended, that's the owner's goal). Complex cases (non-trivial target / something branches to the action) fall back to the advanced AI Assembler.
